		<description><![CDATA[I notice that some DPT ticketers mark you car&#8217;s tires for 1-2 hr. parking spaces. But I wonder how do they keep track of everyone&#8217;s car, if they don&#8217;t mark it. I got a ticket, but didn&#8217;t see any marks. THEY MEMORIZE cars&#8230;.base on something?
